We work closely with Property Managers to highlight problems, preparing and monitoring budgets, preparation of license applications and 5-10 year maintenance plans. We provide overview inspection reports to itemise any necessary works required to comply with statutory regulations and general maintenance.

We can assist in the preparation of budgets for service charge or common parts repair, decoration and refurbishment regimes including the preparation of capital expenditure plans and refurbishment proposals.

Our services include the preparation of license for alteration applications on behalf of Tenants. We can monitor the works for either the Landlord or Tenant together with issuing relevant completion documentation.

Neglect of regular maintenance of a property can result in premature deterioration of the building. We can prepare Planned Preventative Maintenance Reports with detailed budget costs over a specified period of time, usually 5 or 10 years.
